Cancellation / Refund Policy

The purpose of this policy is to ensure 'IPEG Solutions', also known as FreshersIndia, delivers a transparent, effective and efficient Student Fee Refund Process to those who rightfully deserve it.

Our refund policy ensures that all the refunds are processed in a fair manner. In case, where a student expresses his intention of not attending the institute, and withdrawing his admission, he/she will have to either visit the branch/ centre in person and submit his/her application in writing stating the reason for seeking a refund or email us the same. The date of submission of email or written application for refund at the branch/ centre will be considered for the purpose of calculation of the refund amount.

The refund policy for the Courses/ Training /Workshops/Programs offered by the IPEG Solutions applies to each individual/group registering for any of the events or programs being organized by IPEG Solutions. The timeframe in which the application of refund is received will be the governing parameters.

IPEG Solutions reserves all rights with regards to the Events/ Training /Workshop/Program/Conference. This includes, the right to modify dates, times, venue as well as cancellation of the Events/ Training /Workshop/Program/Conference. Cancellations, in case of unavoidable circumstances, will be intimated on a best effort basis, to the applicants well in advance.


The following refund policy shall apply:

  • 1. In case of a program being cancelled at the discretion of IPEG Solutions, 100% fees will be refunded.

  • 2. In case the applicant wishes to withdraw from the program and intimates IPEG Solutions in writing 3 days before the commencement of any program, 100% fees will be refunded.

  • 3. For Online classes with Trial session offers, only the first payment on Upto Rs. 2000 is refundable if and only if:

    1. The student requests the refund within two working days of discontinuing classes. If they are absent for two days or more, they are not eligible for any refunds.
    2. If the student continues the classes regularly, they must request the refund within the first twelve days of the training. If more than 12 days have passed, requests will be rejected.
    3. During trial sessions, the student must have 90% attendance until the date of submission of refund request.
    4. For online sessions, the student will be considered present only if the camera is switched ON and the student is sitting in front.
    5. Keeping the camera off, being unresponsive, lying down or sleeping, using abusive language or wearing indecent clothes will be considered an offence and may be penalized including forfeit of fees and expulsion from the course.
    6. For online sessions, being late more than 15 minutes will be considered as absent.
    7. For online session, it is the responsibility of the student to procure a working computer and stable internet connection, this will not be a considered a valid reason for refunds.


  • 4. For Offline classes with Trial session offers, only the first payment on Upto Rs. 2000 is refundable if and only if:

    1. The students requests the refund within the first twelve days of the training.
    2. During trial sessions, the student must have 90% attendance until the date of submission of refund request.
    3. For offline sessions, being late more than 30 minutes will be considered as absent.
    4. For offline sessions, indecent/casual dress, wearing slippers or absence of ID card is not allowed and you my be stopped by the guards from entering the building.


  • 5. For All Job Guaranteed courses, the refund policy will be overridden by the terms and conditions as mentioned in the individual contract signed with the student and IPEG Solutions.


Refund policies are subject to change at the discretion of IPEG Solutions. IPEG Solutions reserves all rights with respect to addition, modification, amendment and removal of any of the policies and terms and conditions stated herein.
