My name is Nikhil, I am the founder of FreshersIndia. Long time back, I was a Fresher like you - I did not want to do a job but I had no knowledge of how to start a business nor did I have any money. I suffered a lot in the begining but eventually learned everything needed. I was a slow learner, rather dumb yet achieved my goals when I learned the secrets of Entrepreneurship. Today, I see so many intelligent and talented young people facing the same problem - they just need some guidance and given that, they can become very successful. I want to contribute in a small way I can. So I want to invite you.

First the bad news: FreshersIndia provided thousands of Freshers with training and placements since 20 years. However, AI has now reached a point where our programming courses are NO more relevant. So we are now shutting down all our programming courses.

Now, the Good News: The good news is that AI has also brought immense new opportunities and Freshers like you can have the best careers ever - More money, more job satisfaction and more possibilities. However, this will require you to think like a Freelancer, or even better, an Entrepreneur.

1. We will call this plan Project Elleven. There is a deep philosophy behind this name, will discuss that later.

2. My Aim is to help start 11 Startup companies in Kolkata. Anyone can come, Fresher or Freelancer, Self Employed or Employed.

3. We do NOT need a team. If you are alone and have an Idea, you can come. If you are a 2-3 people team, all can come.

4. Only restriction is NO ILLEGAL OR UNETHICAL business ideas, please!

5. All Business ideas welcome, IT or Not IT. If you want to create an AI App, start an institute or even something like a YouTube channel, we will help you.

6. You will get free mentorship, guidance, office space, coffee & snacks. You do NOT have to pay anything. Just honestly work towards the idea.

7. Please note: This is not some Course or Money trap. We will NEVER ask you for any money. We are doing this as a social service. If your startup catches up, partner with us or start something similar to help more people like you!

8. Our Sector 5 office will be available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

9. We will provide you mentorship, training for as long as needed. In about two weeks, your idea will take shape.

10. We will connect you, make teams and if your ideas make business sense, help you get investors. Once you get investment, you can choose to leave us or continue with us in some formal capacity.

1. Join

Fill a simple form — your name, email, phone, photo, qualification, and a short note about who you are and what you want to do. That's it. No interview. No entrance test.

2. Build

Show up at our Sector 5 office, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Get mentored, use AI tools, build your business idea from scratch in our free workspace with all resources provided.

3. Prove

The goal: Make a MVP, business plan, investor pitch. If your idea has traction, we fast-track you to pitch to investors.

4. Grow

Once you get investment, you can choose to leave us or continue with us in some formal capacity. Either way, you leave here with a real business.

What This Is NOT

This is not a classroom. This is not a course. There are no lectures and no certificates. This is a war room for new entrepreneurs. You come in with an idea (or we help you find one), and you leave with a business that has made its first sale.
